  8.     COUNT! is a Network License Management Utility for Windows 
  9.     programs.  It enables you to abide to "simultaeous use" licenses 
  10.     in a network environment

  12.     This disk contains Count! Network License Management Software, and 
  13.     utilities.  The Count!.exe program launches applications, meters 
  14.     licenses, etc.  The CountAdm.exe program is used by Network 
  15.     Administrators to install, setup, and monitor the use of 
  16.     applications.

  18.     For a quick idea of whether COUNT! will meet your needs, use 
  19.     CountAdm to meter several test applications (using stub files).
  20.     CountAdm's HELP system will take you through all the steps.

  22.     The Count!.txt file completely describes the use of the software, 
  23.     including installation procedures.

  25.     COUNT! is copyrighted shareware.  You are free to evaluate the 
  26.     software for 30 days to determine its suitability to your needs.
